FIRST AID & CPR COURSES
We are a training center for the American Health and Safety Institute (ASHI) and offer a variety of ASHI First Aid and CPR training programs that are perfect for the workplace environment.
Basic First Aid – This program was created to help students develop basic first aid knowledge, skills, and the confidence to respond. Program length is 3-4 hours.

Advanced First Aid - This course is designed for the person who needs or desires more first aid training than Basic First Aid, but not to the level of Emergency Medical Response. Perfect for corporate emergency response teams, this 16-hour course presents many of the most common illnesses and injuries responders are likely to encounter.

CPR/AED - This basic CPR/AED training course is 3-5 hours in length and provides skills and knowledge to properly respond to adult, child, and/or infant emergencies where cardiopulmonary resuscitation is necessary.

BLS CPR - This program has been approved for training for Emergency Medical Services personnel and is accepted by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). American Safety & Health Institutes BLS CPR is designed for individuals in the healthcare or professional rescuer field that are required to have professional-level basic life support training. Course length is about 4-5 hours.

First Aid/CPR Combo - This program helps develop basic first aid knowledge, skills, and the confidence to respond. CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid combination training is an excellent choice for both the community and workplace setting. Program length 6 hours.

Emergency Oxygen - This program focuses on administering emergency oxygen to breathing and non-breathing persons, emergency oxygen delivery systems, and integrating pulse oximetry. This course is designed for individuals who desire or are required to be trained in the administration of emergency oxygen. Course length is 2 hours. Current CPR certification is a prerequisite for this training.

Bloodborne Pathogens - This program assists in satisfying the training requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1920.1030). Course length is 1-2 hours
